Comprehensive Evaluation
Evaluations are conducted with use of standardized, non standardized assessments, medical history, client interview, caregiver interview, and clinical observations. Evaluations are culturally responsive with your personal goals in mind.
Outside evaluation are permitted as long as it has been completed in the last 6 months.
Therapy Session Visits
Participate in a customized plan of care that is client-centered. We pride ourselves on using evidence-based exercises, techniques, and strategies.
Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 mins. We engage with caregivers and family support to promote success outside of therapy.
